BlueBarn.Life is a small business owned by Katrine Bazeley trading as BlueBarn.Life at School House Farm, Blackdown, Beaminster, Dorset, DT8 3LE, UK. The business is not VAT registered.

Although we make every effort to keep the website free of bugs, we cannot guarantee our website’s security.
3. Sales
When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to purchase the item(s) outlined in your order. We will require personal information (name, telephone number, email address etc.) to process your order; we will deal with your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our contract for the sale of our garments is in place once your order has been accepted. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you by email or telephone, and refund any money that you have paid. We try to make sure that the images of our garments are as accurate as possible, but the garments may vary slightly from these images. If we discover an error in the price of the items you have ordered, we will contact you to offer you the option of continuing to purchase or cancelling your order. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards and by PayPal. All orders are payable in GBP. You will be liable for all duties payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods to countries outside of the UK. If goods are being delivered to an address outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes.
4. Intellectual Property.
All materials featured on the website (designs, illustrations, photographs, text, logos etc.) are the property of BlueBarn.Life. You must contact us if you wish to use any of these materials except for personal use.
